DEAR BROTHERS AND SISTERS,
GREETINGS
GREETINGS
IN THIS SHORT READ, LET US LEARN ABOUT
- THE TWO SILVER TRUMPETS
- ITS MATERIAL
- CRAFTING
- TRUMPETERS MENTIONED IN NUMBERS CH 10 AND 11
LET US READ..
"And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Make thee two trumpets of silver; of a whole piece shalt thou make them: that thou mayest use them for the calling of the assembly, and for the journeying of the camps." (NUMBERS 10:1-2)
THE SILVER: CLARITY AND PURITY OF TRUTH
In biblical symbolism, silver represents truth, clarity, and the purity of God's Word (PSALM 12:6).
Unlike gold (divine nature) or copper (perfect human nature), silver points to the clear revelation of God's will. Trumpets of silver produce a clear, ringing tone.
ANTITYPE:
The message that leads God's people must be pure, undefiled by human traditions. In the Harvest, God restored the clarity (the silver sound) of His Plan, removing centuries of error.
TWO TRUMPETS
THE COMPLETENESS OF GOD'S WORD The fact that there were two trumpets is key.
ANTITYPE:
They represent the Old and New Testaments. God's people cannot be led by only one part of Scripture. Only when both trumpets sound in harmony do we receive the full, harmonious message of the Divine Plan of the Ages.
HAMMERED (OF ONE PIECE)
THE HARMONY OF THE PLAN
The trumpets had to be "hammered" or "beaten" from one piece. This indicates unity and divine origin.
ANTITYPE: The Bible is one coherent message. Truth is not a collection of disconnected ideas, but a unified Plan. This gives us assurance that the Truth we follow is whole and harmonious from Genesis to Revelation.
THE TRUMPETERS: THE ROYAL PRIESTHOOD
"And the sons of Aaron, the priests, shall blow with the trumpets; and they shall be to you for an ordinance for ever throughout your generations." (NUMBERS 10:8)
Only the consecrated priests were permitted to use these holy instruments.
ANTITYPE:
This represents the Royal Priesthood – the anointed members of the Body of Christ (1 PETER 2:9). It is not the task of the world or of nominal systems to correctly interpret and proclaim the Present Truth. That responsibility is given to those who have entered the "Holy Place."
ENCOURAGEMENT:
You, as antitypical priests, have the privilege and responsibility not only to hear but also to participate in sounding this clear message today.
THE PURPOSE OF THE TRUMPETS:
A GUIDE FOR SPIRITUAL ISRAEL IN THE HARVEST
The sound of the trumpets gave specific instructions for the journey through the wilderness.
In the antitype, God's Word guides Spiritual Israel toward the Heavenly Kingdom.
Dear brother/ sister, In the coming sections, Let us know the purpose, Why these TRUMPETS of TRUTH is given to us.
In the antitype, God's Word guides Spiritual Israel toward the Heavenly Kingdom.
CALLING THE ASSEMBLY
(GATHERING AND SEPARATION)
"And when they shall blow with them, all the assembly shall assemble themselves to thee at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation." (NUMBERS 10:3)
When both trumpets gave a clear, steady sound, the people gathered to the Lord.
ANTITYPE IN THE HARVEST:
At the end of the age, the clear sound of harmonious Truth (both trumpets) resounds to gather the Lord's people. This is the call to separate from "Babylon" (nominal systems and false doctrines) and to gather around the "Present Truth" (REVELATION 18:4).
It is a call to unity of spirit, founded on the pure Word, at the "Door" – at Christ.
THE JOURNEYING OF THE CAMPS (
SPIRITUAL PROGRESS
"When ye blow an alarm [Heb. Teruah], then the camps... [shall] go forward." (NUMBERS 10:5-6)
There was a difference between the clear sound for assembly and the sharp, intermittent "alarm" (TERUAH) sound for moving. Israel was not meant to stagnate.
ANTITYPE IN THE HARVEST:
This symbolizes spiritual progress and urgency. While the clear sound gathers, the alarm sound urges us forward.
The Harvest message was a clear "signal to move," showing that the Church had entered a new phase of God's plan – the time is short. It is a call to grow in grace and knowledge (2 PETER 3:18), to advance in character development, and not to look back. We must follow God's leading as it moves.
THE ALARM IN WAR (SPIRITUAL WARFARE)
"And if ye go to war in your land against the enemy that oppresseth you, then ye shall blow an alarm with the trumpets; and ye shall be remembered before the LORD your God, and ye shall be saved from your enemies." (NUMBERS 10:9)
The sound of the alarm was both a call to battle and a cry to God for help.
ANTITYPE IN THE HARVEST: We are in an intense spiritual war (EPHESIANS 6:12). Our enemies (the world, the flesh, the Devil) "oppress" us with trials and persecution. The proclamation of the Truth is our battle cry; it exposes the errors of Babylon. When faced with trials, we "sound the alarm" by holding fast to God's Word and promises.
ENCOURAGEMENT:
The promise is powerful: "Ye shall be remembered before the LORD." God recognizes the sound of His own Word and acts on behalf of those who trust in it.
DAYS OF GLADNESS AND SACRIFICE
(JOY IN CONSECRATION)
"Also in the day of your gladness, and in your solemn days... ye shall blow with the trumpets over your burnt offerings, and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings; that they may be to you for a memorial before your God." (NUMBERS 10:10)
The trumpets were also instruments of celebration, connecting joy with worship and sacrifice.
ANTITYPE IN THE HARVEST: This is a beautiful picture for us. Our life is one of consecration (our "burnt offerings").
The sound of the Silver Trumpet (the Truth) gives meaning and validity to our sacrifices. Without understanding the Divine Plan, our sacrifice would be a burden. But the Truth shows us why we sacrifice (the High Calling) and what the outcome is (the glory of the Kingdom). Therefore, our service is filled with deep joy and gratitude. When we live in harmony with the Truth, our sacrifices are "for a memorial" before God – a sweet savor to Him.
ENCOURAGEMENT FOR THE CALLED AT THE END OF THE WAY
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
The picture from Numbers 10 is a powerful confirmation that we are not alone and not lost in the wilderness of this world. We are guided by a clear, divine communication.
WE HAVE CLARITY:
In a world filled with noise and uncertainty, we hear the clear, silver tone. We possess the harmony of the Old and New Testaments. This is proof that we live in a time when God is giving the clearest sound.
WE KNOW OUR IDENTITY:
We are antitypical priests. God has entrusted us with His precious Word and the responsibility to be His trumpeters in these last days.
WE UNDERSTAND THE TIME:
We distinguish the call to gather in the unity of the Truth from the sound of the alarm (TERUAH) which signals the urgency of the time and the need for rapid spiritual progress.
WE ARE SURE OF VICTORY:
In spiritual battles, when we hold fast to the Truth, God remembers and delivers us. Our defense is sure.
OUR SACRIFICES HAVE MEANING:
The Truth turns our sacrificing into joy, knowing that our efforts are precious before God.
CARRYING THE CROSS...
May the sound of the Silver Trumpets, the clear Harvest Message, continue to guide, awaken, and encourage us as we carry our cross and approach the end of our journey.
The camp is on the move, and before us is the entrance of the glorious Heavenly Canaan.
